DebT Advisory Partner
We're recruiting an experienced professional that can independently advise on debt transactions. The role requires a deep understanding of the capital markets - experience in structuring and executing complex transactions. Candidates will have the ability to lead from origination to close.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of professional work experience with prior deal execution
Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire for career progression
Outstanding analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Strong relationships with lenders

M&A Partner
As an M&A Partner, you will independently manage M&A transactions from origination to close. A successful candidate will reflect our passion for M&A with a clear drive to further their career. The role requires an independent and original thinker who can shape the organisation's strategy and vision.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of corporate finance, M&A advisory or related experience leading transactions from origination to close
A strong technical background: (1) financial analysis and modelling (2) a deep understanding of legal provisions (3) negotiating deal terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships
Outstanding analytical, problem solving and communication skills

Investment Banking Analyst
We're recruiting a results-driven analyst to provide support on M&A transactions. The analyst will prepare financial models, support client due diligence, draft CIMs, create client presentations, research industry trends and conduct analyses of prospective acquirers.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of M&A transactions, and 1–2 years of relevant work experience. Suitable academic qualifications are required, and a strong desire for career progression in the banking and financial advisory industry. The candidate should have sound organisational skills, a track record of delivering results and the ability to consistently meet tight, demanding deadlines. Excellent financial, mathematical and communication skills are required.
