We are seeking an experienced and highly capable M&A Partner. This role is suited to a senior professional with a strong track record in originating, structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A transactions, and who is comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. You will work directly with clients, investors, and counterparties to deliver thoughtful, strategic advice and help shape outcomes that support long-term value creation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven ability to lead complex M&A processes and manage multiple mandates simultaneously
- Strong relationships across the investment community and a deep understanding of the M&A landscape, including buy-side, sell-side, and private capital transactions
- A track record of building trust with clients and delivering thoughtful, commercially sound advice
- An entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to shape and grow a practice
This is a senior leadership position with meaningful influence over the growth and direction of the practice.
