Hyndland Partners Advises Daxtra on Strategic Growth Investment from Strattam Capital / by Craig Anderson

Hyndland Partners acted as financial advisor to the Daxtra Group ("Daxtra"), a leading provider of AI-enriched talent acquisition software, in securing a majority growth investment from Strattam Capital ("Strattam").

Daxtra, founded in 2002 by Andrei Mikheev and Steven Finch, has pioneered AI-driven software for the talent acquisition ecosystem. Its technology is mission-critical to over 2,500 clients that recruit on a global scale. Last year alone, Daxtra processed over 1 billion resumes across 40 languages. It supports customers globally via offices in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

Strattam has more than $1bn in assets under management, and most recently announced a third fund of $308 million. It typically makes majority growth investments in companies with up to $100m in enterprise value. This flagship investment in Daxtra underscores Strattam's commitment to supporting high-growth, innovative companies. Furthermore, its track record in HR and recruitment technology positions Daxtra to capitalise on growing demand in North America.

Andrei Mikheev commented, "The investment by Strattam will allow us to accelerate growth in North America, while continuing to provide the superior customer service and great products that our customers expect.”

Jonathan Busch, Principal at Strattam Capital, added, "We’re excited to partner with Andrei and Steve to help bring their differentiated products to the wider world.  Strattam’s mission is to work with great founders who have built great businesses, and the Daxtra team has proven again and again over their 20 years that advanced AI technologies can be harnessed effectively and safely to solve real world problems.”
